Groups
We can accommodate groups of up to 44 within the hideout, which will be in secured zones over two floors. The accommodation can be split across two floors, with the ground floor holding 22 beds and the first floor holding another 22 beds.
Larger groups can also be accommodated if some of the group are also camping within the grounds.
The groups can use our self catering kitchen, or you can book breakfast, half board or full board.
We also have a new common room, which can be used for events or activities.

Camping
Set in over 4,000 acres of breathtaking woodland scenery, our campsite is the perfect place to bring family and friends on an amazing walking or mountain biking holiday. Camping is offered for tents and in 2026 we will have limited number of spots of small camper vans.
London is just 40 minutes’ drive away and so there really is no excuse not to come and camp in these picturesque, unspoiled grounds.
Our brand new toilet and shower block includes disabled access in the grounds, as well as an outside basin with hot and cold water so you can wash your pots and pans.
If you want to cheat at camping, then why not try our new glamping Bell Tents from March to October. They are equipped with two double beds, so can sleep up to 4 people.
Don’t forget your torch for after dark toilet trips – we really are in deepest, darkest Surrey here!
